Dear the owner of the TNG restaurant,
I am writing here to complain about the service and food in your restaurant yesterday.
I did book the table for 9 people the other day, but when we got there yesterday, the table was taken. After waiting 15 minutes, they arranged us another table where was pretty squeezy next to the bathroom. We had to wait 30 minutes for each service such as having menus, having water, ordering and waiting for each course.
On the entrĂ©e, one of the waiters was carrying soups to our table, his fingers touched into our soups when he places them on the table, which is unhygienic. Moreover, another waiter just poured the sauce from one of the main courses on my friend’s shoulder, which caused little slightly burn. The worst thing is everyone got sick after dinner on that night. They kept badly vomiting.
Therefore, I am writing this letter for the request of the responsible compensation for the services and sickness. I hope to receive the right response from you.
