I am writing to complain about the food quality of your food store, Delicious Food

On 27 of Octorber, my girlfriend and I did not feel well due to bad stomach pains after dinner at Delicious Food. We need to consult the doctor, and I enclose a copy of the doctor's certificate.

Due to such discomfort, I demand compensation for the doctor's fees to the amount of $350.
