Dear Mayor Wang：
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with Community noise pollution.
I am living in Hua Le Road, near the Avenue, I choose to live in this place because it is quiet, and have a relaxed living environment surrounding schools, hospitals. Unfortunately it recently opened a bar named 9:30, every day from about 11 o'clock, the strong point of drum music has been continued to 4 o’clock, even I closed doors and windows, the noise still made me unable to sleep.
There is another serious problem, at night, there are often some drunks out of that bar, it caused a great threaten to people lived here. We are afraid it’s no longer a security calm place we lived
We had been complaint to the environmental protection sector for these things many times, but do not seem to be effective, they may be quiet only one night, but when the complaints are no longer echo, they restore their original look.
I'm afraid that if these things could not be solved, I will feel very disappointed to the Government.
